Patrick FieldDirector

Mr. Field is President of Field Vineyards. He oversees three properties in Sonoma and Mendocino that produces high quality Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes on over 150 acres of land. Field Vineyards grows for many wineries including Sterling and Clos du Bois. Patrick helped developed an award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon from their Alexander Valley vineyard under their own label, Katarina, while also recently releasing a Chardonnay under the same label from their other vineyard in Sonoma.
Patrick is also President of Field Manufacturing Corp., a Los Angeles based company that has been in the forefront of manufacturing plastic products for various industries for over sixty years. He has been instrumental in the development of many innovative products including the first commercialized plastic wine bottle to be sold in the U.S. Over the years Patrick has focused on developing sustainable packaging primarily for the wine industry. His experience in the plastics industry coupled with being involved in his family’s wine business, Field Vineyards, has given him a distinctive competitive advantage.

Patrick is one of the founding partners of EnVino, a Northern California based business venture with Merrill’s Packaging that is a market leader in the manufacturing of environmentally friendly plastic wine bottles. He continues to strive to grow the plastic wine bottle market by working with leading wineries to produce innovative and sustainable packaging products.

Patrick was involved in the launch of the Alliance For Innovative Wine Packaging (AIWP) as charter member. He was the recipient of an “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” in 2008 and the “Keeping America Strong” Award given in 2002 for his assistance and efforts in stimulating the economy post 9/11. His business accomplishments have been written up in the Business Section of various newspapers including the LA Times and the Chicago Tribune. He graduated with honors from Tulane University and has studied abroad at the European Business School in London and the University of Seville in Spain.

David CheshierDirector

Mr. Cheshier is a seasoned professional who is a Certified Public Accountant. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in accounting and finance. Upon graduation from USC he joined Price Waterhouse Coopers where he spent four years. He then joined the U.S. Army where he completed Officer Candidate School and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant. Upon returning to civilian life he joined Walt Disney Company where he served as the Manager of the Internal Audit Department, Special Assistant to the Corporate Controller and Controller of the Educational Division. Upon leaving Disney he joined The Cenntenial Group, Inc. where over a period of fifteen years he progressed from Controller to CFO and was responsible for twenty-five publically traded entities and an IPO.
